The largest residential project in North Vancouver, with over 700 homes and 3 phases, Seylynn Village is slated to change the face of Lower Lynn. Pacesetter has been instrumental in every step, from determining the project’s highest and best use, analyzing the needs of the market and getting the public ready for new development in an area undergoing a massive revitalization. The marketing program launched with unprecedented success selling over 70% prior to public launch. The FREE HOME giveaway promotion garnered a grand opening lineup of close to 1000 people!
Cambria featured 84 single-family detached Strata homes in a California inspired neighbourhood. Cambria was recognized by the GVRD for Best Practices in Housing and was a finalist for Best Single Family Homes in BC.

Discovery Ridge was Park Lane’s first multi-family project of 82 townhomes in Heritage Woods, an award-winning master planned community. Marketing and sales by Pacesetter exceeded expectations in a challenging market.
